Realize the biggest problem to your PPC and SEO might be a bad landing page. Or maybe your product sucks.

Good, now that we got that out of the way, we can address the issue. That is the issue of abad landing page. If your product sucks, then don’t sell it anymore.

A few steps to help you make a better landing page (I got these from the following source:unbounce.com)…

  1. Send different mediums to different landing pages. This will give you a better idea as to which mediums are bringing you the most conversions.
  2. Do A/B testing, you don’t know what people like, and you might not like the same thing that they like so do different pages to find out what other people like the most.
  3. Make the ad tell the same story as your landing page. Don’t offer different offers on the different parts, and don’t have the ad take you somewhere irrelevant.)
  4. Demonstrate the product/service actually being used.
  5. Use videos, people like them. (stats lie, but videos are still awesome)
  6. Use visual design and clues to direct the user to where you want them.
  7. Don’t overwhelm the user, make it easy for them to want to convert.
  8. Reading sucks. Get rid of 3/4 of your content.
  9. Be social
  10. Be present on your page. As in your own social feed and pictures. (Trust)
  11. Only make one page responsible for relaying one message.
  12. When the have converted, keep them involved.
